Size matters if you're making a size optimized prod .. but for regular demos? No, makes no sense. :) -
I don't recall seeing a single complaint about size optimization from anyone who's either a coder or then just has a clue otherwise. -
no one would like to download 1 gb for only one effect, so yes size always seems to impotant ... -
i guess it's a proportion thing. the bigger the prod (design/story/whatever) the less important its the size. that's why i like intros the most cos they can be so amaaaaaaazing without 20mb of dataaaaaaaaaaa :D - go make ... well, you know the rest ... ;-)
