M77: Your browser is not WebGL-compatible, is that worth a thumb down? :(

BTW cool demo.

Liked some of the scenes, though it wasn't really coherent. If you go for that blocky "8-Bit" style then stick to that.
Synching came out reeaally well and the music carried the demo along nicely.
All in all thumbs up for a good WebGL firstie.

Frankly this looks like a "my first OpenGL demo" from '99. In a sick sense, it's refreshing to see such a big name doing such amateur mistakes as spinning the camera around when it's close to the vertical axis. (I know it's not related, but hey.)

That's not to say it's without its merits, the sprites look cute and it has a good flow, some good ideas, and I've always been a fan of Kraddy's work. But the whole thing just looks garish, the camera movements and animation are awful, and ironically for a demo that talks about being the future, it's really just plain outdated.

The upside is that the guys will never read this comment and will happily go on producing whatever they feel like.

God demo, in a "pioneering demonstration" kind of way, and the thought of having immersive 3D animation in a web page always amazes me. WebGL does what VRML and Java Applets didn't. This is a web page. AUDIO VIDEO WEBGL FTW.

However, the demo honestly sucks in terms of compatibility. It freezes at various points on several systems I have tried, before I managed to see it in whole in full speed realtime on a browser (it's an animation studio's quad core Mac Pro running Linux, probably heavily hacked just to see this demo).

In love with the concept, hating the implementation. Thumbs down all because it's so hard to see it "The Way It's Meant To Be Seen". WebGL can do better.
