For people who can’t read Russian: «хрущ» is the name of cheap Soviet house project. It got its name from Хрущёв – the leader of USSR in 50s and early 60s.

@Manwe, actually Gargaj got all of the idea.. he recognized the secret name and the origin of the buildings - Le Corbusier’s houses..
