pakettic is a TIC-80 cartridge packing tool targeting sizecoding. It parses the LUA-script to an abstract syntax tree, and then uses a local optimization algorithm to shuffle things around, to see if it compresses better. The tool is written in Python3. Instead of downloading it from here, just install it with
