Unwritten rules of pouet says : never thumb up your own prod. Given how little I contributed and how amazing the final result is (not using a commercial engine), I m breaking this rule
Watching this made me feel like back in the day when I was watching 195/95 for the first time - it's obvious that I'm watching high end computer graphics crafted with care and love, but at the same time it pulls you in in a way that's hard to describe.
I love how the entirety of the world feels organic like it is breathing and at the same time very "effect based". And it looks and sounds magnificent. If I had to nitpick something, I would've liked the ending to somehow provide more closure and/or context, and I didn't really like how the logo in the end brought it down to an earthly level somehow. A full-on mfx ending might've worked better from the dramaturgical point of view.

Yes, masterpiece. Kiero proved (again), moving to PC was not a mistake. What a pleasure it was to participate in Xenium demo compo this year, and watch this!

nice shaders and OK visuals (bit too unpolished (hihi) here and there) but above all the faux-kitsch like Trump's bathroom kinda didn't make this one stick for me. piggy!

It is worth to use framegen (lossless scaling with LSFG 2.3), on RTX2070S demo goes in more or less 30 frames

Hmmm, not by design, but it does show there is an issue with video encode:) Checked the input video and it is fine, so must be youtube. No idea if you can reupload without pulling the previous one down, so because nobody seemed to notice i will claim it is a design.

The demo is obviously far above the current scene standard, I just wish the music and the visuals would've agreed on a middle-ground.

Ok, so i finally looked into the sync code. There was a stupid issue which should be fixed. If you want to try this version linky it should be fine. Will run it through few people and if it is fine will upload to the proper location. There is still slight problem with the smoothness but this is probably from my internal timing code. VSync and weird jumping back/forth should be fixed.

Works decently with 3060ti (around 20fps) but for better experience something faster is required. Tested with both AMD (6900XT) and NV under Windows 11. Install latest Vulkan drivers.
NOTE: There is an issue with stutter/frame pacing. I will be looking to fix this, but might take few days. Also, last year there were some problems with fullscreen mode on some setups, and because i didn't really have time to work on this part, it is likely that the problem remains.
