Finally a proper demo after you’ve come back Degrysin, and instantly one that could win!
Looks and sounds really nice. There's a disconnect in the sound and visual for me though - the music says go go go and the visuals are quite static at parts. But a really nice show.

This doesn't work for me at all. As others have pointed out, there's a huge music disconnect. But also, it just seems so… artifacty? I don't know if the shimmering sprites in highlights+reflections is a bug or some design choice that doesn't rhyme with me, but if you're making a demo called “Threads”, your threads better look good and now they're screaming for proper antialiasing. (Also, they seem to somehow be growing in a lower frame rate than the actual rendering?) Also, the highlights just blow out the frame completely, so either a) don't do it, or b) apply some tone mapping. :-)
