Rendering
=========
Compute shader dynamically generating large vertex buffer with shaded 2d strips.
Strips are attracted to / following sdfs.
Simple vertex/pixel shader pair doing normal rendering with zbuffer etc.
Same compute shader threas are doing ssao filter, background and tone mapping.
