Intro enable and disable turbo automatically, using port 0xEFF7.

First time ever, raymarching comes to speccy.
After studying spongy code, I created fast port to speccy.
Unfortunately one frame takes about 40 seconds to render
(which means 40 minutes to render 64-frame animation).
I optimized code a lot and even more. And more. And even more
than more. Currently it takes about 5 minutes to render 64-frame
animation on original zx-spectrum 128 and about 2 minutes
on pentagon with turbo.
It was very interesting, but after all, it is too slow.
