Bugfix: The External mode now works again.
Bugfix: Selecting CANCEL in the file selector when loading Work/Module
/Song removed current work.
Bugfix: Velocity control for OSC. OFFSET was not working.
Bugfix: Samples were wrongly detuned one half note.
Update: Step rate can now be set by short cut Alt+Q or Alt+W.
Update: Step rate and Octave was swap place with play clock as these
were to far away from the other buttons, per request.
Update: Due to a bug in 0.991 some sounds had a "click" at the
start of the sound. Since this was used as a feature by some
users, this "bug" has been implemented as the function "PFFFF"
(Pass Frequency For the First Frame). The bug appears when
the sound is transposed or heavliy detuned by the Step
modulator or the LFO. The first frame in the sound (~ 4 milli
seconds) is unaffected by these functions and plays the base
frequency from the pattern. Load "PFFF.AM" and hear the
difference.

Bugfix: When running ACE Tracker from Fast RAM, noise was played when
starting the program.
Bugfix: Selecting patches while playing a module could cause ACE to
crash.
Bugfix: When using the commands to set the patch parameters it affected
the wrong patches in some cases.
Bugfix: The master parameter "reverb decay" was not updated correctly
when loading a new module.
