Yes, this is no mistake. With this we present our first publicly released
demo. With all our efforts put into making this production, we hope that you
will enjoy this as much as we did programming it. (Actually that is sort of a
lie, since we really hated all the frustration that went with it, but the
sweet smell of success made up for it in the end.) Enough of this, lets get
on with the real info.

What does Vacant Space stand for? Uh!, don't know, next question please.

First of all, we are glad to say that absolutely no BASIC code was used. :-)
The demo was coded in Turbo Pascal v. 07.00 and Microsoft Macro Assembler
v. 06.00b. Well, about the length of our source code - forget it, I am not
going to count all that stuff! Snowman was the boffin behind most of the
Pascal code, while The Psycho freaked out behind the ASM compiler. (That is
why he is called "Psycho") :-) Dreadnought, banging the keys on beat of some
heavy metal band, usually with a smoke in the hand, also "spitted" out a lot
of untidy Pascal garbage.

This demo should operate in BIOS mode 13h, which is a 320 x 200 x 256 color,
linear mode (I think), and tweaked mode (320 x 240 x 256 color, planar, no-
chain4). Phew! It is also supposed to run on a 286 or higher. Since the
demo was created on a 486 DX/2, 66 Mhz, with a Tseng ET4000, we can't really
say what that would look like.

Now you probably want to know something about the group members. Well,
Snowman is, I guess, the lead coder, but he usually ends up getting his but
kicked if he does something wrong. ;-) His specialty is coding, but since we
have a lack of graphic artists, he has to help out here as well. DreadNought
and myself (The Psycho), are coders in general, but I have to use my extremely
dull imagination to create some weird and boring picture (which usually ends
up getting rejected anyway). Getting bored? Too bad, I have a new key-board.

CALLING ALL GRAPHIC ARTISTS: PLEASE CONTACT US IMEDIATELY IF YA WANNA JOIN US.
and of course : MUSICANS ARE WELCOME TO DROP US A LINE AS WELL.

About the effects in the demo: DON'T EXPECT MUCH! We had to code most of the
demo in the last two days, so try and understand our situation.

Nevertheless, enjoy it!
This is The Psycho leaving your mind in peace until next time, that is!

ADIOS!
