Moredhel, please read Kalms own opinion about that at the Dereal page here at Pouet.

Also, download our sources from the same page. TBLs routines are mostly written in C, check how much C you find in our one :)

And who the hell have said I coded Dereal all myself? It's coded by me and Gizmo and Gizmo is the maths genious, I've never tried so say anything else. But at least I try.

I was surprised to read the andromeda interview in the last jurrassic pack, about how they don't get the behaviour have changed between "elite" and "lamers".

krabob, I'm guessing you are referring to Interphace's statement:
Quote:

When it comes to the distinction between elite and lamer, it still exists; we just name the institution something else, but the institution is still there, although it has attained different forms and functions.

There is nothing here saying that the bahaviour and interaction between people active in the scene hasn't changed. He is saying that the distinction still exists, which is evident. Of course language change, so if you prefer to use different names that is fine.

Krabob: I know the word you are fumbling with. What I am saying is not very controversial, and my point was that I think you misunderstood what Interphace was saying in the interview you referred to.
