Ding-dong, this is an official announcement for passengers waiting for Xenium 2023. The train arrives at the station in Łódź, Poland, usual time.
We meet at a new partyplace! See you Aug 25-27 at the Basecamp Łódź Rembielińskiego.
Xenium's theme this year is "TRAINS".
Brace yourselves for a few surprises, e.g. new compos and challenges, and new sleeping arrangements. Stay tuned for further announcements.

I wonder if on Uni's exam papers still get missing, if answered properly...

Xenium itself looks appealing! Could be that I will remotely participate!!! Why not? Some effects halfway done. Could be I will craft-up demo right before mentioned end of August!
Is there a stream from the party in the net?
What if demo has nothing to do with trains? Does it go even though? Or do I have to train it up here and there?

Demo doesn't have to do anything with trains, but for entries who will use the party theme - as always - we'll have some additional surprise prizes :)

We are going to be pampered there:
– the venue can acommodate over 300 passengers,
– event space has good acoustics and air conditioning,
– 180" bigscreen,
– single rooms to rent in the same building (you can book a night or two via our registration form https://xenium.rocks/pl/register) for max 149 PLN a night (we are still negotiating the price in your behalf),
– every room with a private bathroom, shared kitchens every floor (we'll provide breakfasts in one of them),
– laundry,
– (supposedly) super fast WIFI
– private glass patio.

Verify that the amount to be paid matches your reservation:
149 PLN for each day of renting a 1-bed room
+50 PLN for each day of adding a partner to a 1-bed room
+10 PLN for each day of parking in the underground garage
Write to us (register@xenium.rocks) if you did not get the link to the payment website or the amount does not match.
You can pay by card, BLIK or bank transfer (this option is only available for transfers from Polish accounts).
IMPORTANT: BASECAMP's booking system automatically sends you an email to create an account on their site. IGNORE it - this option is for students renting rooms long-term. BASECAMP does not have an on-site cash register. Payments are only possible online! Complete the payment by 22.08.2023. ⏰
