Hi,
Is anybody here in touch with Pavel/Centurion Tech? I ordered a bunch of Amiga/Atari equipment from him a while ago. He initially shipped quite quickly. However, the shipment was stopped after customs, and was returned to him. Turns out that sending goods as registered mail is not allowed anymore under UPU rules since January this year.
Pavel then asked how I would like this to be handled. As I'm assuming he didn't know about the new rules either, I offered to pay for traced shipping with another carrier. At this point he stopped replying and has been ignoring me for several weeks now.
Interestingly enough, he recently also took down his website, centuriontech.eu.
Before I start any legal action, I just wanted to know if anybody here has any idea what's going on, or if anybody has had any bad experiences with him before.
