we need an intro for our website...

category: general [glöplog]
hi

we are thinking about an intro for our website www.foem.info
it gives young electronic music producers the chance to be released on one of our free downloadable cds.

there is a 3 cd set containing ambient, breaks, house and techno every 2 months.

if anybody is interested in helping us out, would be cool!

let me know ;)

we dont care which type of intro, shoould be not very big. and it should work everywhere, so maybe a flash intro would be better.

i think on this page are some of the best producers of demos, so it might be a good thing also to make a lil promo through that intro on our website..

let me know
uhuh.

Let it not be said that rockmachine isn't attempting to participate in the scene in some way. You don't have to agree with it, but I'll take a million of him over 1 EP.
i'll take one panamerican over either of them anyday.

Truck: I disagree on the participation bit. The clueshoppe could use a visit when it comes to what he's doing.

Being interested in it? Definitely.

nobody wants to help us making a good intro to the site? the cds are really good and the new vol. 9 will come out soon.
Please don't push a few minutes right after your very first pouet posting. If someone is so absolutly hot for doing a job for you for free, they will surely post something here within the next 2 years.

Shifter, ps, et al: See, you can just pack up and go to a party sometime this year. The rest of the world, well, this may be as good an opporotunity as they'll get. After all, you can't send a demo to most parties via email. So what do you do? You could release it, and get flamed on Pouet. Or you could do it for someone who's interested in seeing someone do a demo for their site.

Gift horse, etc.

And no, I can't do one for you, Rockmachine, I've got some other things going and I have to get that stuff done first.
my idea was just to ask you from the demo scene to give us from the electronic music producer scene a nice intro..

did nt want to annoy you.. 8)
sceners are impossible..

rockmachine: i might be interressed in doing something for your site, but i'm really busy these days. i don't do webstuff, though. i'll let you know if i make something worth looking at.

Truck: I'm not exactly following. This plea you made has, at first glance, nothing to do with the request rockmachine made.

Rockmachine: hey, give the demoscene some nice tunes in return and see what happens :)

Shifter: It may not. (: It's rollercoaster time at the truckmood house this week (:
Also, Rockmachine - how about it, wanna do a musicdisk?
sprocket: would be very nice! you can get some of our cds @ www.foem.info and check those sounds!

kusma: if you need tracks, no prob! you can download them at our website! tell me which ones to use and i inform the artists about that! i think most of them artists would be very happy!

@ garbagetruck: a musicdisc? could u explain more? you think of making a demo with one of our tunes?

we´re open for nearly everything!

let me know!
rockmachine: a musicdisk is a collection of tracks with a graphical interface. They are digitally distributed for free. It's how scene musicians spread their music, having the interface makes ppl pay more attention to the release.

sgt: they're just using all forums to make people check their tracks, they dont give a shit about the scene, they just want more ppl to check their stuff. i wouldnt spend my time coding for these people even if they paid me. -_-
