i'm not sure why i'm writing this in english, but anyway...
the newest demoscene event in portugal is about to happen! it's the (almost) secret überleet gathering that is so obscure that even I don't know where the location is. in case you want to come, be at parque das nações in lisbon TODAY at 19h00, call me (nine three six three three six six six six) and a masked man will pick you up. we will then eat some pizza - or something - watch some demos, make old jokes about future crew and bash the occasional passer. if you are portuguese, then what's your excuse for not to come?
if you are not portuguese, don't forget to come to inerciademoparty2005.

anyway, small report. the event was a huge success. we managed to have more people in this first event even though we decided the date a couple of days before - and posted about it THE SAME DAY. 5 people, including xernobyl, kozmic_chaos, breakneck and a new guy - errr what was his name again? - which was a total surprise. apparently, someone DOES read the blog and/or pouet.
the (party)place was gorgeous. by the river, with an incredible view to the Vasco da Gama bridge, isolated from any nearby house, in the middle of a nice garden. next time we'll start the event in the afternoon, so we can sit outside and have some playground fun. i brought my speakers and we played lots of demos REALLY LOUD. kozmic's laptop has this enourmous screen, so even the lack of projector - my bad - wasn't that much of a problem.
we had pizzas, beer, juice and cola. it was a friendly get-together that i hope it can grow. i really liked the atmosphere =) hopefully there will be some pictures online, as soon breakneck gives them to ps and he puts them on slengpung. or something.

sounds just like the extremely successful Eindhoven Scene Meeting that we once had! except that we had no riverside but the trendy-bar-with-homoerotic-arthouse-movie-bigscreen that sagacity had picked.
