Many people here may heard the news that the BreakPoint is on the help. I heard it too. So I decided to donate little money to them. Here is the long misery story: At first,I applied for a international creditcard(I never use creditcard before,we love cash here,all my friends also don't have intertational creditcard ,nor use paypal), and I waited it for about two weeks,after I got the creditcard,I register a paypal account,and I found it limit used in china only,so I cancel this account,and register a international account again,and I found my name write in the wrong place,so I canceled it,and re-register it agian,and when I send money to the BreakPoint address,The Paypal told me I cann't send it,maybe They think I am do something bad.I send a mail to the paypal service,and They told tried again after 24h or 48h,so I waited 24h agin,it failed,I mailed the service again,they replied the same thing,so I waited 24h and tried,it failed,I felt angry,and send a mail third
time,they still tell the same,I waited another 48h to try,and it failed!
Now it come my breakpoint.Sorry for the guys of the BreakPoint.Next you should use a bank account instead of a paypal account.

Are you sure you don't mean the guys at scene.org? AFAIK, Breakpoint didn't set up a paypal-service, scene.org did.

If you live in Germany, you can use the Digitale Kultur bank account to help out.

even international money transfer should work fine with the "digitale kultur bank account" account-data is on the page linked above (just use the BIC and/or IBAN).

Don't be confused by the message.It's nothing to do with China.:)
The paypay.com is not a chinese company and they only accept english as their default complain language,and I can only write english email to them. and,their complex formula of transfer system just refused to work for me,I don;t know why.

but how many sceners are actually living in china? :D

Saga Musix,That's an interesting question.I don't know how to explain.But I believe there are many people who are interesting in demoscenes here,really,but I think they need handle their real life first.

the long story continued: I went to the bank today,they told me that,they cann't transfer money without writting the Receiver bank address,Recevier bank name,and the Receiver's name.Obvious the webpage only contain bank account number.
So I decided to write a letter to the breakpoint09@untergrund.net to ask them.
The mail was rejected.
