knl: have you checked the internets for salmiakki import? here in germanzy i can order finnish salmiakki for about 9 euro/0.5l (+ shipping). taking luxury tax in finland into account it could very well be cheaper than having it bought in .fi (but no idea what it costs there).

making it yourself gets a bit better results, as you can figure out the best amount of salmiakki.
