doom: You think so? Try adding a few tens of widgets to the same parent on a fullscreen window. It's so much fun to try scrolling afterwards.

stardreamers: consider what you're doing here.. it's like some unknown artist appearing, and saying "check out this awesome picture!" "But... it's just a blank canvas with one line?!" "Sure, it's not finished yet."

So you're not exactly showing us anything interesting at all there. But it's got great comedy value, keep us informed :)

.net clr is neat for doing user interfaces
Decipher: I've never tried a fullscreen window. But I have had dozens of widgets in regular windows and the UI still seems very responsive.

Yeah. He thinks it'll be awesome though (we all think our tools will be awesome, otherwise what's the point in making it :D)

I do not get it, that you all reply to a human who posts a red box as a result from his demo-maker.

Aren´t Demo-Makers lame anyways?

Elric is trying to get the dust from his ATARI-Disks, *cough, cough*

elric: a lot of the top groups use a demomaker type tool. If you make a tool and make demos with it, there's no way i can call that lame. If you use somebody else's tool, it's totally down to the results. (And note that making stuff with a modern demo tool is a long, long way from RSI demomaker or OSDM :)

Try to make a _real_ demo with OSDM :)

(I guess someone already did it, anyway ?)
This thread is brilliant!

@ psonice = agreed!

Making a demomaker and make demos with it is great - others using this -> lamers. so far i guess we are one opinion, and that´s all i wanted to say... so far.

But besides, that red box shocked me ... not that he comes out with the mother of demomakers then, and Chaos or the other demo-godesses have to duck before his grace [img]http://threadbombing.com/data/media/60/awesome.gif[7img]

P.S.: easy?
