- Barring surprises, I'm looking forward to voting for this as the best 4k at scene awards. There were a lot of great 4ks this year with advances in synths, rendering and design but (for me) most relied too heavily on d3dx, directsound. This tops the heap of a very good year in 4k. The volumetric fog , the lighting, the design, the complex surfaces everything is right. The nod to lattice may be accidental but its there. Truly great 4k.
