- The roation formula is the coolest thing I've seen for a very long time. Atari port is down to 352 .. and counting ;-)

- 4k Atari VCS Beam Racer by JAC! [web]
- @Tjoppen: The people who tested the thing for me on the real machine were in the US and the tune was originally designed for 60Hz. Also NTSC has the full 128 colors palette which looks better in case of the raster bars. At last if it runs fast enough on NTSC it is easy to port to PAL.
I created the PAL version only because SDW mentioned that he'd like to run it on his real machine and because mine is PAL, too. Fortunately I created the PAL version the day before Revision because it turned out that though all PCs and things were 50Hz, the main beamer was 60Hz. - isokadded on the 2011-05-20 13:32:25

tell me about a videoservice that can handle 50fps video!
Use capped.tv. It can handle 50 and 60 FPS properly and provides Pouet information inline. And simply forget about youtube for old school low-res stuff - it'll do no justice to the code.
The interlace scroll though technically simple looks awesome. Extra thumb for this idea. I hope my planned entry will look at least as good as the invitation. - rulezadded on the 2011-05-11 12:20:24

- Fun entry to the Wild Compo. Created right before Revision 2011 in PowerPoint and Visual Basic for Applications as a tribute to the local beer provider.
Disqualified for obvious reasons - don't drink and code ;-).
The sound is a bit out of sync in the recording, but you'll still get the message. - isokadded on the 2011-05-10 17:36:55

My contribution to the inoffical "23 bytes Friday at work demo" competition.
This one has 17 bytes code plus 6 bytes Atari header.
Actually 4 bytes less code than the C64 original by 4Mat has a runtime of 21 minutes.
Some of them even look and sound nice, at least of you like Stroboholics ;-)
Here's youtube, to make sure it happened. - isokadded on the 2011-05-06 15:16:42

- 1st I saw this and thought: "What garbage is this - a cat with a rainbow in its...".
2nd I decided I'll go and make a demo about "Why this sucks"
3rd I had a look at the code and found: "Skyline, the cat idea sucks, but YOU RULE SO MUCH".
