- just 2 cents now on the next morning.
basicly that was the first version Leonard coded for the Nostalgic-O-Demo on the Atari ST. it has no dynamic palettes per frame and no indexed vertices frames... but Leonard was so glad and get me the data file so I give it a try to support Function demo party this year.
NO-XS did an great job on the music... Lowlife's pixel art on Vanessa... and Premium on that great "demo scene" like combined desire oxygene logo...
yeah. now as someone mentioned it... it has PICO-8 colors....
I cached the frame starts so it loops back and force... and no its not tile blasting... it streams vertice data and does all the shit from 2d point of view... scan edge, poly filling etc...
will put up the data file soon so others can give it a try....
PS. Havoc did that amazing Thalion intro gfx make over I still want to do the full intro but run out of time (with drops etc...). - isokadded on the 2020-09-20 08:39:16

I have forgot to setup the SNES to run faster using FastROM...

There's some interesting design choices (Why no HDMA, background colour?) but apart from that the rendering of a 3d scene entrely on the main cpu is pretty impressive.
well... it has something to do with my chunky buffers... and we put sprite layer around... and some "raster IRQs" to please Lowlife "I want more colors for Vanessa".... :D
so these "trickery" took longer than expanding the scene with HDMA etc... the sprite layer took longer to code than the rendering engine :D - isokadded on the 2020-08-16 08:57:15
