• Yeah, these comments sure seem coherent. Personnaly, I'd stick to the argument that an assembler is not specifically a demo-related tool, even when it's creator(s) may be (a) scener(s) or a few features are tucked in that make the life of the copperbar-guy next door a tad easier.
