- demo Windows Neurosis by Progress [web]
- A software rendered demo which seems to lack excitement. The coding was alright, I suppose, but music was uneventful, no neato effects, and it was kinda dull-ish.

- 64k Windows Granma's Receipe by Granma [web]
- Fairly nicely executed intro, but there's nothing too special here. I liked the twisting thing best, but then I always kinda like twisty things...

- demo Windows words by eL
- I'm not sure if this demo worked for me or not. Is it supposed to be just a bunch of garbled ascii characters with a few bleep-blip noises in the background??

- 64k Windows terror64k by Kakefisk [web]
- I sure didn't like this production.
The concept is okay, talking a 'humourous' walk through and oldskool platform game. But it's not funny, not even slighty. And the scrolling is not smooth. And the graphics are not good. And the music is not good.
If you want oldskool platforming with a humourous twist, go play Metal Slug instead. - sucksadded on the 2002-03-30 19:26:22

- What!? No chicks?!?

- demo Windows WowFactor by Hansa [web]
- I also got a CRC error when unpacking zap.h3d. However, it worked fine the second time I downloaded the production. Perhaps it's some sort of server error...?
The demo has some neat stuff, like flying inside the baby, but everything seemed 'disconnected' and incoherent. Yet it starts off looking like there might have been some common thread between parts, but that feeling disappears pretty quickly. Kinda short too, but that's not necessarily bad. - isokadded on the 2002-03-26 20:58:59
- demo Windows 6-Pack, The True Story by Fairlight [web]
- Well, I don't know what to say. It looks like a demo, sounds like a demo, feels like a demo, smells like a demo. Neither good nor bad. Just a demo and nothing else.

- demo Windows OBE by Virtual Dreams & Fairlight [web] & Sumea Labs [web]
- Super short, super cool. Quite nicely done, but I actually think it's *too* short, which is different for a change. Most demos are too long.

- demo Windows comment faire une demo de daube by woodtower [web]
- This is officially the first new production I have tried since replacing my Duron 700 with a T-Bird 1300. Uh... I think a PII 266 would've been enough here.
Large in size, yet small in content. My French isn't exactly wonderful (It's been ten years since I last used any...), which doesn't exactly help. But essentially this is one of those "joke" productions that, as the title suggests, tells the audience step-by-step how to make a demo. It's been done many times before, and many times better. (ABCDemo is my personal favourite in this category.)
But like I said, my French is pretty horrible these days, and perhaps there is some super-duper amazing joke that I completely missed. - sucksadded on the 2002-03-21 02:55:03
- intro Windows Digital Lisko by Instant Ejakulation [web]
- Thumbs up, but not because the demo is good. It's a lackluster 'oldskool' intro and doesn't do much, although it might make it as a cracktro or something. Interestingly, the scrolling seems a tad on the slow side (ie. *not* 60 fps), and I'm running at 700 MHz.
So why thumbs up?
Because it features Bubby from Bubble Bobble, and after all these years it's still my favourite arcade game. Crazy, eh? - rulezadded on the 2002-03-21 02:37:38
