  This isn't msdos or amiga and co., there's no single windows program able to process something worth mentioning without accessing the system dlls (mostly because the hardware is almost never the same, so layers are required between applications and components).
  
  There's only one criteria: is the dlls part of that os distribution freshly installed by standard joe ?
  
  Actually the d3dx dll isn't provided yet, it's only shipped with the sdk i've seen, but there's no reasons why it wouldn't be included with the end user's directx distrib soon.

  This one sets the foundations for a new generation of 4k intros, with the post-processed gm.dls samples and the use of the external d9dx. Amazment ahead.
