- demo Windows fr-058: disintegrates by Farbrausch [web]
- Short, yet it has a great atmosphere. Nice blending between 2D and 3D graphics too.

- demo MS-Dos Solstice by Valhalla
- The music was sooooo cool. The graphics were really neat (good object normals). Me like. :)

- 64k MS-Dos Drift by Wild Light
- It was such a good prod. Wise color scheme, above the average. Very demoish tune. Interesting code. And an overall feeling that was strongly consistent.

- demo Windows fr-031: faded memories by Farbrausch [web]
- The first time, I found it beautiful but somehow boring. I tried it again a few times later, and the more I watched it, the more I enjoyed it. Now it's one of my favourite demos ever. Code, art, music, everything is impressive. This is genuine newchool demo art.

- demo Windows STS-02: Electric Kool-Aid by Synesthetics
- After a bit googling, the title definitely makes sense. I love this prod. And it deserves a thousand thumbs up. Go synesthetics, go !

- demo Windows fr-041: debris. by Farbrausch [web]
- This prod seriously rules. The kind of "Kasparov on steroids" that I love. The music fits perfectly, the visuals are amazing (and very nostalgic to me).

- demo Linux Windows Solaris - Kiss Our ASSembler by Brainstorm [web]
- Interesting work. It obviously contains many references. It's kind of an "Oldschool" tribute to many great accelerated demos...
So it deserves attention. Originality was not the goal there, I think the coder was rather looking for challenge. And I really DO appreciate this state of mind.
So no wonder : thumb up !
Oh, and Nagato has a point : 100%ASM is something truely interesting in those accelerated times. - rulezadded on the 2006-11-14 00:22:30
