  As i said euphemistically on the previous page, the level of cracktros is low these days...

  Cracktros have two main advantages in my eyes:
  
  1. In a demoworld where the main policy is to releases productions at demoparties only.
  These ones aren't made to earn money or to win prizes in competitions
  (at least this one wasn't) somehow that helps to keep your cool, if you take my meaning.
  
  2. They reach these young people in the "real" world (you know who).

• Frozzy: The level of cracktros have been pretty low these days (to say the least) let's try to raise it a little bit.
  
  Paralax: Yeah it's not exactly the fastest one around (and the music reflect this as you might have heard) i wanted it to be like that. To me, there's no point in creating demos displaying flashing screens with bassdrums hammering at 350bpm all the time (except maybe in an attempt to reduce people to a mindless state).

• As if keops had invented fake coppersplits bars and rotating chessboards...
  I don't deny that his intro influenced me a little bit (in a general way) but i still think i did a much more varied one and i went further in the (s)exploitation of chessboards and bending scrolltexts (which were invented by mr mega mind/dexion in a cracktro he did for paradox anyway).

• gargaj: yeah, i'm not fully satisfied with that tetris scroller too (btw, i put a slightly improved version online a couple of minutes ago), rest assured that i had some fun generating these elastic letters ;).
