  The Finnish government collapsed over its failed social and health care reform a month before a general election. This reform has been a main focus now for several cabinets and it once again has catastrophically failed(this time more so than before) due to constitutional issues and over all not being effective. Sipilä pretty much made political suicide with this reform.
