- Two pretty good effects - it's hard to make chunky appealing when it's staggered, and the first part drags on a bit.

Love the impressive code powering a quite advanced 3d wireframe engine with proper camera control and object motion.
:D
Quote:The first place demo is beautifull but with a size of more than 11Mo and coded with a 68060 ! Where is the performance ? It's only a great multi files video made for a HD
:D
Quote:"Relax, it's only ones and zeros".

Rather than voting, I just feel like there's so much to learn about what we adore, from these quotes when combined. - isokadded on the 2021-04-10 00:03:56
- demotool Windows Amiga AGA Amiga OCS/ECS LSP (Light Speed Player) by Oxygene [web]
- Good.
If I were to make an optimal MODplayer, I would render the module using a standard player that has all the correct effect code to only a record of the changes to audio registers, resetting all if the song loops. Is this how it's done?
If so, this would mean that some code is not measured but must still be performed. If not, part of the playroutine is not measured.
The benchmark seems to use VBI tempo. P6112 can perform well for such modules. Were you able to set optimal mode/settings/usecode for P6112, so that it sets DMAoff without Copper instructions?
Just so you measure correctly. The screenshot is misleading. - isokadded on the 2021-03-14 00:25:30

- P61 version should be specified.

- Zoomer is nice, XOR circle bobs hm... well some looked good actually! :) Some of the pics are nice and the tune is all right.

- dentro Amiga OCS/ECS hologon superspreader by The Electronic Knights
- Thumb is for this release - nice intro with good music. :)
Finally, someone cracked it!!! :D and the DEmo this is the iNTRO of is now spread online.
But we were supposed to swap the disk to friends! Slow-in-the-head test failed by me at least ;)
So Hologon is finally online (I think out of respect we waited for the online share to vote at least I did), and so now there's less than 24h to give it a Meteorik Rise I fear... :'( - rulezadded on the 2021-02-21 01:39:34
- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Hologon by The Electronic Knights
- Got the disk, but it seemed the point was to spread by disk, so I wanted to wait until released by authors to share/vote/nominate online.
The consummation of a technical journey it seems, the Hologon itself and the cube tunnel and donut spaceship corridor are so well crafted it simply rulez. :) - rulezadded on the 2021-02-19 19:24:32

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Megademo 3 by Northstar & Fairlight [web]
- Megademo 3 was a bigger and more badass production ensuring the rise to the fame of Northstar and Fairlight, with new metallic gfx of the time, more edgy, cooler tracks from Titan (Uncle Tom), and more interesting with the variety provided by the wacky parts from Mahoney & Kaktus. Watched and rewatched many times. :)

- Crab's tube scrollers still interest, and Titan (Uncle Tom) made melodic, harmonic, happy ST-01 tracks. Awesome time with the best of memories. :)
