  I agree with Castaway that A Place Called Universe is still better... this is still worthy of a thumb though and the best intro in the compo that I've seen thus far. I'm hoping it will really be worth the thumb once they release a final

• I can't exactly put my finger on why I don't like it... I mean, piece by piece it's not bad, but flat colors, tiny clunky polygon objects, music not that good... Some people find 3d flythroughs boring; I find this boring and dull and I think I saw way too many of these when I first started watching demos.

  And please don't suggest DosBOX, I have not managed to run a single piece of software on it. It just crashes immediately no matter what I do.

  I thought they were lying about the music being bad, but the music replay data has to be bugged. My first try at tracking music sounded better than this.
  Still, that blurred 3d shape was cool...

• pan: Dunno what's going on; I have P4 2.5 ghz mobile with a Geforce 4 4200 go and 512 mb of main memory, and it works fine here. Except for it slowing briefly every two seconds, as I mentioned earlier.
