- MsK: I could easily extend the video playing max patcher to play audio as well (ie creating a rudimentary sample player). What already works is just using any standard sampler, like Kontakt. The way I made the video, I had an arrangement of the song in Cubase using several Kontakt instances. From those tracks I sent MIDI via loopback to max. So, playing the song in Cubase triggered the video snippets. after having prepared all this, i soloed each track after another and played it while capturing the video output from my max patch - all in realtime.
