• demo Atari STe Talk Talk 2 - The Church of Excellence in Art by Excellence In Art [web]
• Sort of mixed feelings regarding this one.
  It oozes style and the soundtrack rocks.
  It does have a few well presented effects.
  Then again, the mostly consisent design is sort of broken in the end, it has serious trouble running on a MegaSTE and it sums up to a lot of (well presented) text with a low amount of (well presented) effects.
  
  I appreciate the effort put into this, but it's close to overdoing the "art" and "moral" aspect.
  
  Anyhow, if you dislike having to handle 4 MSA files as much as i do, here it is depacked and assembled:

• I think a ColecoVision could do even more impressive effects, but i do like the style of this demo a lot - it's so ColecoVision-like!

• The tiny window and the extremly slow speed are indeed an issue - I guess that's the price you have to pay for generating 256 colour output using a standard uVGA adapter.
  I suppose a 16MHz ATMEGA could do a lot better if doing something like 128 x 80 in 2/4 bit using a custom video output.
  Still, it's nice to watch and i'll certainly look forward to your next demo!

  Yes, the STE is only required for the 16 greyscales. I think this will run on an STf but look (even) uglier.

• I know Zerkman spent a long time on this one, but it's too easy to see that it was put together in a hurry so there's obviously a lot of unused potential (Soundtrack is nice though :-).
