• This really deserves a Win32 port.
  Was this the first 'sceneplayer' demo?
  The first one I saw anyway, with incredible scenes, and technically the 3d engine was marvellous at the time.
  And these people came out of nowhere :)

• I can only watch the second part in Win2k on my box, on XP it crashes...
  The crash seems to occur in the event-processing loop.. Perhaps it tries to trigger more events than there's available, and Win2k doesn't mind because it has a different granularity with allocation... Or maybe something else... Anyway, please fix it :) I don't feel like figuring it out myself atm

• Well yes, I have an Athlon 1.4 GHz, and 512 mb + mega-overclocked GF2GTS (running 240 MHz core, 400 MHz memory)... It helps, a lot :)
  Perhaps the code is indeed slow, but I didn't notice... But I think it's mostly the memory issue.

  So if your PC is not fast enough, you can always try that.

• Well I like it... Can't really judge the speed of the code on my system... It ran nicely here, and it was accurate...
  The overall atmosphere was rather oldskool... Like that in... mid-90s demos or so, I always love that :)

• Great stuff, like the 3d sound when the camera is chasing the spacecraft...
  And the nice detail like the wink that the 'Abyss' monster gives you...
  Oh and there's a nude lady in it!
