  Depends on your definition of "flat" - I agree there's no insane low end, which I attribute to a bit of a synth problem, because more of the low kindof started to crackle, hum and generally sound silly, so I played it safe.

  You mean the flickering on the stream wasn't intentional???? :(
  I thought that was the best design element since ages :(
  I want a final version with vsync and a forced flickering option cos i loved the flicker-mode :(

  0-50 is the graphical generators, quite slow because unoptimized.
  At 50, the music patterns are transformed from per-colum to per-row; kindof slowish because it uses a lot of memory.
  50-100 is the sample generation; fast because it's only ~4-5 megabytes.
  
  No software gfx, everything is GL.

• ATG files don't generate themselves either - in your aspect, half of the demotool category is just "thing" :)
  We never excluded the possibility of compiling an intro for someone who's interested - it's just that noone was.
  In my eyes, it perfectly fits the definition of "demotool", but maybe not "demomaker". :)
