- I'm not sure whether you mean making as creative process of stacking operators or simply forcing .wz1 to create .exe from it, but both are doable (well, the first one requires very little knowledge about how .wz1 works to stack them in such way).
Sorry if I haven't understood you, but well, I'm new to the scene, not native English speaker, Polish and vectronix.org forum member, so I think I'm excused. ;) - isokadded on the 2005-02-06 01:40:15

- Preacher: One question: doesn't Windows collect process memory, handles and every system resource it used when process terminates? Considering how some of my code works I should have noticed that it isn't freed, but I didn't.
btw. To lock down WinXP setting process priority class to realtime and never executing any system blocking calls is enough - this should work with WinNT/2k, too (to lock P4HT you'll need at least two threads of course). - isokadded on the 2005-02-05 22:21:08

- fox, Gargaj: probably unhealthy amount of animated mesh operators. In .wz1 you can animate almost everything including texture generators, which can bring doom to your FPS quite easily. :)

- Some articles are cool, some aren't, but nobody forces anybody to read all of them. I haven't found anything too impressive for me (maybe I haven't looked good enough), but articles about demodesign are quite cool.
And I think somebody should learn how to make efficient .werkkzeug1 intros (3-4 FPS on GeForce 6800). ;) - isokadded on the 2005-02-05 13:29:54

- Yet another thumb up thing.
This one would surely inspire me to try doing 64k if I wasn't already inspired by fr prods. - rulezadded on the 2005-02-02 12:45:41

- One day I'm surely going to try to understand how this one was made. Rocks completely.

- It's a bit slow (~3 FPS on P4 HT 3GHz), has some problems with aspect ratio and I miss shadows somehow, but other than this, it's quite cool.

- You probably can make Serpinsky with somewhere between 10-32 bytes. ;)
I once made 256b animated Julia, but it probably wasn't big achievement compared to this. - rulezadded on the 2005-01-29 07:23:11
