- Such a great take on the obvious, once you think of it. Might have won Revision Wild, on the other hand Gubbdata was 'about' C64 in a way Revision Wild could never be. Good stuff and wise choice. :)

- @hitchhikr nothing, other than that floppy emus are sometimes used to boot from optionally bootswitched DFn and it disables the other drives and continues leaving unfragmented max chipmem. Its strength is rather in the other subtle choices. They are small, but they are there from testing many setups with 3 friends.
For scener devs it's unobtrusive, you just get more allocable chipmem for your filedemo, so you won't have to decide whether to overwrite the OS data and prevent exit. If you present it with ANSI art, the art won't be messed up on a KS20+ Amiga. Stuff like that.
The menu is for users and only shows if you hold RMB. Some functions are suitable for creating and running packdisks, and some will actually be duplicated as commands later to allow them to be automated or put in a menu.
The AmiLiveFloppy project is meant as a universal platter on which you just put executable files and users can pop in the disk and the programs will start, regardless of Amiga model. - isokadded on the 2023-11-23 20:55:04

- Also shared with source later today or tomorrow on GitHub, where the rest of the tools in this series will also end up. I expect to spend many more hours on change requests and ideas from users and devs there, for each of the tools.
The purpose of this is shared in the .nfo. - isokadded on the 2023-11-22 22:10:00

- Grats, neat driven concept and major release, dithering for some new cool colors, and I liked the flamingo flying scene a lot :)

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Spectre party demo by Phenomena
- Nice dots from UFA and apparently catchy tune because I whistled it 10 times today. :) I either joined on the party or just before so risk of selfvote even if I wasn't involved... rules are rules so can't thumb. But I like it. Tip: it's dots on black bg so looks better on your CRT than your flatscreen.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Transmute by DuskWave
- Nothing to do with Kosher, YOU abandoned Amiga and played around in BASIC. Hope you had fun, certainly easier than coding a demo!
It abuses the "OCS/ECS" idiocy Pouet still perpetrates which is good, because that exposes that Pouet knows nothing about the Amiga, just like you don't by saying Kosher.
Platform specs are low because the BASIC you use is old and its specs are low.
6m45s precalc time, then PC dither for all graphics, 8FPS Alcatraz bars, 1FPS glitchy low color filled vectors, glitchy updating of 8 raster splits in not full framerate, 3FPS shadebobs, seconds of black screen precalc between scenes, before the globe I lost count of the minutes. Maybe 5? 10?
For these specs, 2MB ECS+8MB FastRam (which requires an Amiga accelerator on A600 and A1200), and equally AGA+060, it is hugely unimpressive, including the PC graphics dithered to oblivion for no reason. :'( Other than to shoehorn into Pouet's OCS/ECS misnomer with emulation, of course. - sucksadded on the 2023-08-28 22:25:53
