- diskmag Windows Hugi #25 - Fairy Power by Hugi [web]
- well there's not much of diskmags around anymore but i don't see any reason for releasing anything that isn't really enjoyable. hugi #25 was depressing to read. some of the past issues (around 20) had some articles that kept me reading the mag for a quite log time but now there was really nothing that could've kept my interest for a longer time.
so where's the problem? i have too short attention span? all those articles are just too lame? perhaps a bit of both, but it really seems that diskmag scene is nowadays quite dead... unfortunately.
and after all, i can't thumb this down either since there was clearly much of work involved. too bad it mostly got wasted... - isokadded on the 2002-07-06 00:51:02
- demo MS-Dos te-2rb by The Planet Of Leather Moomins [web]
- ahh.. first square win32, now this. boys - your mother might be a motherfucking giraffe but it doesn't change the fact that this demo is brilliant.
(now all we want is all jaska intros ported to win32, too :) - rulezadded on the 2002-07-04 09:54:00
- demo MS-Dos Square by Pulse [web]
- square win32 version! we love statix indeed.
and my god how beautifully it works on modern computers (not that it would've been too slow in the past either). brings back a lot of good memories. - rulezadded on the 2002-07-03 22:38:08
- demo Windows afri-demo by afri-cola [web]
- hmm.. i think it looks more like a degraded version of poem to a horse. :) nice effects + music but lacks somehow the spirit. and like someone said already: where's the cola?

- demo Amiga AGA Amsterdam Blessings by MadWizards [web]
- A bit jumpy demo, but there are few parts alone that makes me to watch this one again and again.
Bonus for AGA needed only! PPC isn't an Amiga anymore :) - rulezadded on the 2002-06-25 09:30:39
- demo Amiga PPC/RTG Cull Bazaar by MadWizards [web]
- I just don't understand this demo. Visual mess tied together into something that really doesn't match the music. Either this would need a massive DSD demotechno soundtrack or much more lighter and misty aproach to the visuals.
I feel empty after this. So much talent flushed down from the toilet with this one. - isokadded on the 2002-06-25 09:27:49
- demo Windows a fire upon the deep by mfx [web]
- crest, erhm... so where did within minutes have any effects at all? ;)

- demo Windows another high-caliber mechanical complication by Kewlers [web]
- diamondie, well besides some mekka prods and few other exceptions (my world etc.) there haven't been that many good demos released this year. mfx and kewlers did both good job, rest of the lobotomia demos i didn't like that much and most of them were utterly crap.
well, it's of course a matter of taste as always. i can understand very well there are people who aren't big fans of this kind of demos. hmm or actually i can't ;) - isokadded on the 2002-06-16 17:04:47
- demo Windows another high-caliber mechanical complication by Kewlers [web]
- Now this is something. First demo since 3d acceleration saw daylight that doesn't have the same boring & slick 3d look that everyone can introduce with few OpenGL library functions.
A fair successor to Tripfish 2. I hope we'll hear more from these guys in the future.
