• While the procedurally generated low poly trees may not have worked as well as I hoped, I did pour all my surplus time and effort into this production during this summer. First I learned wgpu, then implemeted my first deferred lighting, shadow mapping, sphere tracing etc. rendering pipeline with it.
  
  It took my entire summer vacation to get the meshes and surfaces, lighting, cameras, color and pacing done in time for Assembly. And I feel very much burnt out by all the work and very little external reward.

• The soundtrack is a total banger. I loved it in the music compo, and loved it again in the widescreen compo. Nice effects too.

• Great effort, but many of the animations don't look very natural. Could have also been a little shorter/faster in my opinion. Still a great demo.

• Feels like an animated video in a demo compo. I guess that's a good thing and clearly a lot of effort went into making it. I don't really like it but I want to give a thumbs up anyway.
