• Actually, it is raytraced. Quaternions are much more complex than usual object, so it makes calculation very slow. Anyway it is realtime on an average computer ;)
  You could see something similar in Jizz or Staf (I can't remember exactly).
  The sceenshot shows the first iteration, but it goes up to the 5th and then loops the 4th. That is quite complex.

• I haven't downloaded it after readin 20 or so comments. But I think this 'demo' can be similar to the book 'War and Peace'. It is a classic but noone will read it :)
