- I like it, has several "fucking demo" moments - whole thing does not sound or look immensely polished, which is consistent, but the bitcrusher was too heavy for my taste in some places.

- I assume it's multifrequency (perlin or simplex) noise for grass and clouds and hair.
Bull is likely modeled using smoothabs / smoothmin / smoothmax techniques.
Skin texture and varying radius of extremities might be achieved using tangent bundles of the underlying primitives.
=> I did not check the code, I do not know the author, I just described how I wouldl try to achieve this :)
