- intro Amiga OCS/ECS Bamse by Depth [web]
- Seeing Bamse and "More than just sex" on the same screen is certainly odd, but the music here is definitely good!

- invitation PICO-8 Make a Demo! (Evoke 2026 Invitation) by Haujobb
- Time to make Picotron a platform here! Nice and funky, with some classic effects.
(I mistakenly submitted an edit request and tagged it as TIC-80 automatically, and now I can't cancel the edit req - my bad!) - isokadded on the 2026-05-31 15:05:49
- demo Windows Sisyphus Unchained by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- A hesitant thumbs-up, but a thumbs-up nonetheless.
The soundtrack feels rushed, yet it still has that ASD charm. The artstyle is less cinematic compared to the previous chapters of this "trilogy," yet this is first and foremost a demo - and there is so much to demonstrate in this papercut halfdot style.
There is less gravity compared to somber Lifeforce and spectacular The Legend of Sisyphus - but who the hell cares, maybe that gravity was the one thing holding us down! If having a laugh and taking the piss is what you think it might take to be free, then maybe it's what you really need! And all things considered, it's a demo done well, and by ASD of all people. - rulezadded on the 2026-05-31 00:54:39
- demo Windows The Wind Under My Wings by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- Amazing at what it does - and the song is built quite well too, even if the vocal range is wider than comfortable. Best experienced on actual hardware!

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS World of Commodore by Sanity

- diskmag Amiga OCS/ECS Eurochart 11 by Crusaders [web]
- 'Neodrink' holds up as good, punchy background music even to this day.

- 256b procedural graphics MS-Dos X-87 by The Orz
- That's the one. That's the sort of a demo that still makes me incredibly excited and believe in magic almost as much as a good organ music concert.
And watching it being rendered is an experience. That shit's the reason I want an A3 drawing machine and a course on Processing or some other visuals-oriented language. Just to cook up something like that, set it up, sit down with a nice glass of something enjoyably intoxicating, and watch it manifest.
If I understood the writeup right, this formula took you around 5 years to perfect, give or take? - rulezadded on the 2026-05-29 18:56:57
- diskmag Amiga OCS/ECS News On Tour #6 by Powerslaves & Red Sector Inc. [web]

- demo Commodore 64 PETSCII Patterns by Xenon
- Gotta say, the music for this one is absolutely stellar - a 6/8 with subdued yet really well-written lead and wonderful stabby bass. A well-tracked tune to complement the well-made demo.

- demo Windows 195/95 by Plastic [web]
- I still remember the day I first heard this on Nectarine - had no idea something so beautiful yet so modern could come from the demoscene toolkit. This demo was among the first to break my sheltered impression of the world at the time.
