- First of all: grats on Meteoriks! :)
Demo: I like Vitamin/Kraftwerk and Moments in Love/Art of Noise too, and I like the whatever-chips in the Amiga computer that you make sure to mention. This doesn't help the gray, gray, safe, safe, gray visuals and chill soundtrack stir emotion.
Motivational thumbdown to finally make an FLT release on Amiga, you skip between C64 and PC and always mention Amiga in your PC demos. So. Maybe an Amiga release on Revison tomorrow?? :) Hoping!! - sucksadded on the 2016-03-26 01:37:39
- 64k Amiga AGA Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb by Tulou [web]
- Music was nice, visuals seemed iterative for me. Sorry.

- demo Commodore 64 Fantasmolytic by Censor Design [web] & Oxyron [web]
- This demo was nominated for That's Not Possible Award! :) For the vectors+multichannel samples part. And for Best Low End Demo. And for best pixel gfx... and this is in a 'slow' C64 year, pff... :D

- demo MSX io by Logon System
- Definition of 'rulez'. :) It was very nice to see this, and I like the animated lips of the cyborg woman graphic on the chessfloor. It makes you wonder what she is saying. :)
Separate question since MSX was my main computer before Amiga: Are clone sync diffs etc already documented someplace? If you have links. - rulezadded on the 2016-03-25 22:56:27
- demo Atari STe We Were @ by Oxygene [web]
- Congratulations on the Meteoriks Award win - now after the ceremony I can write something here. :)
We agreed to look at overall aspects for this award. While the demo ofc had to be in some way an achievement, it needn't be a coder effect parade. And here we have lots of coder effects, and dithered pics which I don't like, but I found myself enjoying it to the end. This is not easy to do, we have all watched lots of demos by now. I think you've found a very successful balance and convincing pace in this demo.
And the code, colors, and music are high quality and yummy throughout.
Short version: great stuff!! :) - rulezadded on the 2016-03-25 22:46:14
- demo MS-Dos 8088 MPH by Hornet [web] & CRTC & Desire [web]
- Couldn't write here until after the awards show. I clearly saw the datalump philosophy which I abhor regardless of platform, and vectors are a fetish of mine. This was put aside when it was time for us to select the most impossible effect. 8088 MPH was nominated for the That's Not Possible on this Platform award for the 256 colors solution, and won!

- demo ZX Spectrum Kpacku Deluxe by Kpacku
- I still firmly think compo releases should be standalone, which was the reason for my first reaction.
