• You used a very old 1kpack version which wasn't compatible with windows 7.

• You're using an old version of 1kpack, i'm sorry i didn't mention it but i updated the packer some times ago. As-is the effect would be packed in 1009 bytes with the new version (1002 bytes after converting the shader to lower case) maybe that would have given you enough bytes to fix the ugly camera cutting stuff.
