• Just stumbled over this ancient artifact again. I’ve corrected the release date to late December 1989. It was previously listed as a year later. The confusion is likely because “1990” sounded futuristic at the time, so it was loosely presented as a January 1990 demo, even though the work was done in late 1989.
  
  Regarding ripping: not only was the music 100% ripped with zero original content, but most parts were essentially proof-of-concepts. The goal was to see how far we could push an MS-DOS PC with no blitter, no copper, no music chip, and no standard audio hardware. Audio was handled via PC speaker or a simple parallel-port DAC built from eight resistors. The point was to bring the PC properly into the demo scene, which is also why much of the design deliberately echoes contemporary Amiga demos.
