• If I remember well, red color means the OS is not able to open the file
  
  I think the issue comes from the Gotek itself. You are the second person raising such issue with the exact same configuration. I do not own one to investigate more, sorry. We never met issues with real drives and hxc.

• Honnestly, it does not work for me.
  It is nice, really nice; animations are smooth. We cannot argue on that.
  
  But come one, so many steps in animations make the "game" way too slow. And the gameplay is not interesting at all.
