psionice, nearly impossible to say. basically you just try a few encodes and take whatever works out :) -
binary search might help :P - i tried 4kbit, and it looked ok, so it'll do :)
- 4mbit you mean. that's a LOT. 2mbit should already be plenty :)
- ok, maybe it was mbit ;) I'll try 2 and replace the file if it's ok. There's lots of noise all the way through though :)
- what happens is that the noise mostly gets smoothed away. unless you use the new x264s with psy-rdo, that is. :)
- right. 8mbit it is, gotta hide those ugly effects :D
