no fake on sumea's depth of field: pass1: 3d screen,pass2: smoothed image created. pass3: transparence 1+2 according to zbuf of pass1. :) -
I'd still call that fake dof. But then most effects are fake. Hardware 3d shows fake solids.. Fake is only bad if you lie about it :) -
