the so complete pouët.net oneliner

"youtube (camera)" is as minimalistic as "youtube (live)" -
For me the problem is more with quality of the recording itself. I mean... seriously make an effort! Even if it's just asking someone with proper hw to do a nice capture! -
I expend some months making a demo, then some huours making a PROPER capture (AKA - no emulator) and then some guys are trying to convince me to do not make any effort and just use an emulator to give them "nice quality". (!) -
No, ask people with real Amigas and real capturing HW to do a capture :) -
ASM2014 finished, I've succeeded in Dead Deer of august fixing a inconditionnal bug. -
ham: Pouet politics completely aside, I find these camera captures simply unwatchable. If I was one of those guys praising original hardware, I'd even say "worse than emulator". No offense, but this is coming from soneone who'd like to watch the demo, not from a pouet gloperator. Better safe the time c -
If you're going to record with a camera, at least invest in a tripod. -
[...] -
I'm not a beggar... and you should say THANK YOU next time I sent a capture made with my real amiga instead of do the things that you are trying to do to me (whatever your obscure intetions are) hell, why I try to reason with they??? -
Say thank you for what? Pouet cut off my text, it was something along the lines of "Better save the time creating the 'capture' and do something useful instead. :)" - seriously, I'm not sure if ANYONE wants to watch these camera captures. -
live captures are great for audience reactions! -
too much text! -
make a demo (if you can) or comment about youtube videos in youtube. See you! (If you read all the oneliner, you will find that I only care about informative tags in links, not about discussion of what "quality" or "nice" means to every people) -
ham: "the things that you are trying to do to me"--> if you want to take this personal, that's entirely your choice/problem. i just do my volunteer job to the best of my abilities... -
Take a chill pill mate! We respect your work and that's why we want to give it the best presentation possible :) -
yep that's it... nothing else -
havoc: you are taking this more personal than me... I just said that flexibility is better than just follow rules... then everybody started to look at me like if I was the heretic. I don't care, I'll start more prods soon. Some of then for Amiga and, yes, I'll continue to make captures without a tripod -
Yeah. I felt the same when they criticized my CPC files on disk. They were too outraged, like I killed someone. I was like "Wtf did I just do?" -
(...) without a tripod even if my wrists hurts the second time that I try (cause I never upload the first try). And, anyway, there will be people (PC spoiled people) who complains about "lack of quality" cause they can't see all the pixels. -
BITS? Is that you? -
Is someone seriously defending a handheld camera recording from a screen as a proper capture? WTF!? Even in 1985 you could capture a demo via composite to VHS recorder connection. *facepalm* -
I too have captured videos without tripod in the past, and I know how tired my hand gets also. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwdGgnE0YRw -
Eyes are just cameras. -
A prod on 80s hardware has to be captured with a 80s VHS camera. Everything else is CHEATING! And 70s hardware: Super-8, OR GTFO! -
I have two VHS videos here. All the hardware to capture my demo on VHS via composite video. Alas! Youtube only accept computer files and not VHS tapes! :P Besides, A1200 is 90s hardware.
