You're right, sim. I wanted to put this concept together fairly quickly though, since all I really wanted to do was try an idea I had to set up a virtual framebuffer with 2x2 pseudopixels and draw a lot of particles onto it. In the end I spent about 2 weeks on this.
The game has a cool concept.
Perheps you will find a musician and could then release v+1 version with a SFX/MUSIC option. It would make your game really more addictive =).
