API8 is a demoparty held every year since 2014, inviting CS students of Paris 8 and other universities or schools to present eithe a 64K intro or a 64MB demo, with a few rules (no mainstream engine such as Unity or Unreal, no use of AI, ...).
What would suit the best a demoscene presentation that a 3D engine, so I used my fav. engine to create an interactive tool I can control either using the keyboard or a gamepad, to navigate through the slides, both horizontally or verticaly. The tool can display Photoshop PSD files (using a python script to turn the PSD files into 3D scenes), Lua scripts, 3D PBR scenes and videos.
Sorry, the whole presentation is in french. I'm posting it here because it is demoscene-related (the topic & content) and the engine is mostly made by scene veterans...
