Thumb for the technical stuff, but I am tired of seeing this particular thing again and again.

I love it, the visuals, tune and pace all go very well together.

Looks nice with the Artwork around. I had hoped the SV2020 logo would appear on the inside of the ST Monitor screen.

Great! Looks quite well even in that small (160x100, I guess) resolution.

I like it!

There's some interesting design choices (Why no HDMA, background colour?) but apart from that the rendering of a 3d scene entrely on the main cpu is pretty impressive.

Wow. That's some solid 3D for stock SNES. Good work on the music too! (I know it's hard) Big up's from Australia - and congrats on Novoqe win 2020 ;-)

well... it has something to do with my chunky buffers... and we put sprite layer around... and some "raster IRQs" to please Lowlife "I want more colors for Vanessa".... :D

so these "trickery" took longer than expanding the scene with HDMA etc... the sprite layer took longer to code than the rendering engine :D
for the sake of challenge numbers. this is 128x100 @ 10 fps, correct?

Another platform joins the fold, keep em coming :) Additional cudos for not giving in to the FX and/or tilestream temptation.

nice, but with but as this stniccc ain't that unique as some other remake targets, I'm thinking as you got the tech, why not to model your own scenes and 3d world to animate. that'd should be respected no less.

If you are calling for different scenes, then you might just not get it. This is a benchmark. And if some coder implements it in a bad way for a given platform, then this platform stinks, and it's a call for other coders on this platform to make a faster version.

Honestly, this is a good port.
Also didn't expect for Silly Venture logo to appear at the end.

I have updated the ZIP archive with the final version... actually runs now faster.... ;-)

I have forgot to setup the SNES to run faster using FastROM...

The music, the music, the musiiiiiiccccccccc!!!

It could've been a black screen with this music and it'd get a thumbs up, but the pix and gfx are great too. Fantastic work ppl!

Demo did not run properly on my SNES with Everdrive, only top-left quarter of the SC1224 was filled with some skewed attempt at polygon drawing.

that's strange as it was tested on PAL SNES. should not depend on everdrive. as it does not use any hardware features like SuperFX. Me uses an everdrive clone for development and testing. no emulator like Mesen showed any issues in the final?
nice one
